Based at our offices in Bracknell, Berkshire, you will be providing a range of 2nd-line application support services to one of our key enterprise support customers and form part of our existing Service Management team. Candidates will be able to demonstrate application support experience and be familiar with working within an ITIL process-oriented structure. You will have the opportunity to build support experience in a very wide range of technologies such as SharePoint, Lotus Notes, Websphere, Unix and more.
The role will involve management of incidents, changes and requests against SLA targets. You will be pro-active in the monitoring of systems and highlight potential issues as required, and adept with documentation of processes and guidelines.
Participation in flexi-shift pattern covering core business-hours of 8:00 am -5:30 pm will, and out-of-hours on-call rota may, be required.
Excellent customer facing and communication skills are essential together with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with the managed services team.

Lotus Notes Support Administrator

In this role, based partly at our head office in Bracknell and partly at a key customer site in Oxford, you will be utilising your extensive 1st/2nd line technical support experience and will have responsibility for desk-side support across the internal systems onsite. At the same time, you will be looking to build on your experience by specialising in Lotus Notes/Domino administration. Using your demonstrable desk-side experience, you will be able to exhibit competence in a variety of technical areas including Windows XP operating system, file and print Server, DHCP/DNS and other corporate desktop applications. Your technical ability will be complemented by a process driven approach to service delivery and excellent customer facing skills. Any experience of Blackberry device or Enterprise server support would be advantageous, as would certification to ITIL foundation level. Any experience of supporting Webex, Blackberry or iPAQ would be highly advantageous, as would certification to ITIL foundation level.

3 month Contract
Reading
We are looking to fill a role for three months to provide a range of third line application support services to one of our key enterprise support customers. This role will be based on-site at one of our customer’s premises in Reading and form a part of our existing Service Management team. You will have extensive in-depth application support experience and be familiar with working within an ITIL processes-oriented structure.
You will have had exposure to and be skilled in some or all of the following technologies:
Lotus Notes client and Domino server support.
Unix based systems.
SharePoint 2010
Websphere
Financial Application support
This role will also involve management of incidents, changes and requests against SLA targets, documentation of processes and guidelines. You will also be owning or taking part in project work as and when required.
Flexible working pattern covering a 37 hour week and core hours of 8am to 5:30pm is adhered to by the team. Excellent customer communication skills are essential for these key roles.
Salary negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the role.
