Active Batch Routing

Processing of invoices, delivery notes, picking lists, application forms contribute a significant cost overhead to organisations. Mis-handling of forms and loss of invoices escalates that cost massively. Active Batch Routing ensures that documents are processed promptly and accurately, without loss or misplacement.

Finding and retrieving information held on paper in long term storage is costly and time consuming; and the storage and preservation of paper-based content presents problems such as fire and flooding.

By automating the capture of batches of paper-based information at the earliest opportunity, and storing it in the same content repository as electronic documents, emails and computer output, business processes can be improved and better services delivered to customers and service users.

We have combined best-of-breed technologies from IBM, and Kofax to deliver batch processing solutions, which enable paper-based information to be incorporated rapidly into business processes, accelerating them and improving customer service.
