IBM FileNet Connectors for Microsoft SharePoint

The FileNet Connector for Document Libraries sweeps the SharePoint libraries based on administrator-configured rules to either move or copy content to IBM FileNet Content Manager.  When content is moved, it can be replaced in SharePoint by a link to FileNet so that it is still accessible to the end-user.  This allows for more robust content, process, records management, and compliance policy enforcement, as well as keeping SharePoint running at optimal performance.

 

The FileNet Connector for SharePoint Web Parts extends SharePoint capabilities so that users can conduct content management and process management activities without leaving their familiar SharePoint environment.  Users can author, browse and manage content while accessing their personal and public inboxes for task and workflow management, as well as initiate P8 BPM workflows from SharePoint.
