Substitutions & Cancellations:
Substitutions can be made at any time. A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing via email or fax, up to two weeks before the course date. Cancellations received within the 2 week period prior to the course start date are liable for the entire cost.
 
On-site Courses:
If you are unable to attend our scheduled courses and have a multiple booking of at least 6 people, Portal Partnership will carry out training at client sites. For prices, please contact our Training Team.
