IBM Lotus Notes and Domino 8.0.1 new features
February 2008
IBM Lotus Notes and Domino 8.0.1 offers greater support to extend Domino access through:

  • Domino Web Access Lite mode that is targeted towards traveling and remote users with a slow connection
  • Integration with Lotus Connections, Lotus Quickr, and Lotus Sametime 8.0

Eligible users may request entitlement to download a new wireless e-mail option, called Lotus Notes Traveler, which provides real-time synchronization of Lotus Domino e-mail and PIM data on a Windows Mobile 5 or 6 mobile device (smartphone or Pocket PC).
