"2008 marks the 10th anniversary of Lotus Sametime, and the product's maturity showed in its score -- the highest awarded for the year. Sametime has superior messaging capabilities, a high level of integration with other applications, ease of use, scalability and excellent security. Tester Nance called Sametime "a feature-rich environment for network-based collaboration and conferencing [that is] child's play to use because of its user-oriented conveniences."
